CASE Watch Company® is proud to provide complimentary shipping on orders over $50. Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days from when the order is received. Due to COVID-19, some shipping delays may occur. Please message Support@CASEWatchStore.com with inquires or visit our 'Track Your Order' page.
If you would like to return a piece of our CASE Watch Company® collection, we will happily accept a return on a full-priced item for either an item exchange or a store credit.
We do not offer a monetary refund, so please choose carefully when deciding on a piece of our collection that you purchase.
Must be within 30 days of purchase, providing that the product is:
- Not worn and is returned in the original condition
- Must include all tags, and plastic stickers attached
- Must include the original packaging, without shipping labels
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.
